I went to see Dr. Boldt, my OB at Mayo Clinic. I have gained a whole whopping half a pound!! The best news I was told is that I should stop worrying about health vs non healthy food and just start eating what tastes good so I get some calories in me. McDonald's here I come :o)
The doctor thinks that my migraines are due to stress, so I have to stop sweating the small stuff.
Our "big" ultrasound had to be rescheduled to the day after originally planned, so now it is on Nov. 21 at 8am.
Nathan left today to deliver canoes to Texas and will be back on Sunday. So it's just me, mulligan and the 2 cats to hold down the couch.
