17 weeks

I am at 17 weeks already!
I just started to feel the baby move. Pretty cool feeling to have again!
We go in to the doctor next week to find out if it's a boy or a girl. So excited! For some reason we both really think it's a girl.

Ethan is talking up a storm we can hardly believe it. he will repeat ANYTHING you say. We find that out the hard way :)
We had a nurse call to de a developmental follow up to make sure he is on track until his 2 year old well baby check up. She siad he is doing wonderfully. And we started to count how many words he is saying and he is roughly up to 40 or so. Which she said is good, they like 2 year old to say around 50 words. So I am sure he will surpass that in the next 3 months!!

He has been getting so fun interacting with him, now that he can talk more. The cutest thing is that he says thank you everytime you give hime something. So polite!

Halloween 2010

As you can see Ethan was a cow for Halloween. We did not trick or treat, we stayed home where it was warm and handed out candy. We will venture out next year. Ethan looked so cute, but did not care for the hat portion of the costume!

There has been lots going on lately....busy busy busy!!
Ethan got to visit Santa. Every time he sees a Santa he says Ho Ho Ho. So cute. He actually walked right up to him and sat on his lap. We got some good pictures. We also went to Grandpa Stuarts house and had some family photos taken for our Christmas cards. Ethan was not very cooperative but we managed a few good shots.

I have an appointment next week to see the OB doctor. I am at 15 weeks already! At this appt we will schedule the BIG ultrasound, sometime mid to late January! So excited to find out what he/she is. It would be nice to have another boy, since we have all boy stuff. But it would be so fun to have a little girl as well. But we will be happy with anything as long as he/she is healthy of course.

As you can tell by Ethan's new picture, he is going to be a big brother! We found out not too long ago and couldn't keep the secret any longer :)We are due June 14th (my birthday!)

Ethan has been growing so fast lately it's amazing. He is now up to a whopping 25 lbs. And with our latest news, his new favorite word is baby.
He has also learned some more recently including phone, keys, more, hot, up, down and out. He also like to talk to the dog and say dog down.

I am planning on doing a photo shoot with him outside while it's still nice this week.

Two weekends ago Grandma Kathy and Great Grandma Shirlee came to visit and we went to an apple orchard and pumpkin patch. They stayed overnight, so Nathan and I could have a date night.

Last weekend we all went to Mankato for Nathan's Grandparents 65th wedding anniversary and after that we went to my dad's and Ethan got to ride in the combine.
